As we consider regulations surrounding health and hygiene protocols, please be assured that we take our duty of care seriously. We continue to ensure our meticulous standards are adhered to in order to safeguard the health and wellness of all guests, residents and staff.

Cleaning & Disinfecting Rooms and Public Spaces

  • Guest room keys/key cards and pens disinfected regularly
  • Air purifiers and UV lights used to clean and sanitise
  • Increased cleaning of high-touch items and areas
  • Restaurant tables, counters, and seating areas sanitised before and after use

Contactless Services

  • QR codes for contactless menus in restaurants, bars, spa and gym
  • In-room dining contactless delivery outside guest rooms upon request
  • Ability to schedule and tailor housekeeping services to guest comfort level

Face Masks and Hand Sanitiser

  • All employees to wear face mask at all times
  • Guests and residents required to wear face masks in public areas except when eating or drinking in restaurants and bars
  • Guests provided with hand sanitisers and pre-wrapped masks upon arrival
  • Hand sanitiser strategically placed at high-contact areas

Health Checks

  • All residents, employees and suppliers required to undergo temperature check and complete health declaration form upon arrival
  • Restaurant guests and residents' visitors required to check-in / check-out by scanning the Thai Chana QR code for contact tracing when entering and departing the hotel and restaurant, including a temperature check
  • For customers without mobile phone and Thai Chana application, a registration form to be provided

Pool Reservation Policy

  • Swimming pools to welcome guests with a prior reservation
  • Appointments to be staggered for guest safety and time for deep cleaning of pool and adjacent areas
