Dedicated to the honour of Professor Silpa Bhirasri, the “Father of Contemporary Art” in Thailand, the museum contains an extensive collection of priceless and rare paintings and sculptures from the past six to eight decades. All of the art pieces were created by Thai artists. The emphasis of the museum is to communicate, promote and transfer the authentic Thai art and culture to the Thai people and people from all over the world.
