The seasonal menu features an array of tantalizing dishes, including delightful savories and dessert selections. Highlights include the “Kathong Thong Dang Caviar”, which showcases the exquisite taste of Royal Project Thai caviar perfectly combined with shell, offering a crispy texture from Krathong Thong Dang that complements its flavor profile. Additionally, the “Hoi Obb Ma-praow” consists of baked Surat Thani Thai oyster with coconut shreds, topped with a coconut kaffir bechamel. Another standout dish is the “Yam Sarai Goong Mae Namm”, a spicy and sour Thai salad perfectly complemented by the Grape Seaweed served with river prawn, this dish is full of vitamins, nutrients, and fibers. There are also many other menus. The special seasonal dishes are crafted to captivate discerning palates and to celebrate the bountiful flavors of the ocean.
