With thoughtful attention from our culinary team, each fruit-inspired dish is crafted using modern techniques while highlighting the distinctive character of locally sourced ingredients and fruits from across the country. From Phulae pineapple, young coconut, rambutan, mango, banana, and jackfruit to lychee and Marian plum, each element is carefully selected for its unique flavour profile.
