Nimitr bringing favourite Thai dishes from across the regions to the rooftop, reimagined with an innovative approach while preserving their authentic flavours, set against Bangkok’s iconic skyline.

Inspired by Local Roots, or Baan Rao, meaning “Our Home”, the concept celebrates the unique ingredients, traditions and stories found within local communities. It transforms locally sourced ingredients into thoughtful, contemporary creations while preserving the authentic character of their origins.

The idea is rooted in a simple belief: the best ingredients are often found close to home. By working with local farmers and using ingredients that are naturally available within the community, Baan Rao creates dishes that are fresh, authentic and connected to local culture.

The Baan Rao is available from 8 October to 30 December 2026, daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. (last order at 10.30 p.m.).
