- Fully flexible date-change and cancellation policy available for all room types. Please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival.
- 15% discount on Food & Beverage at Bangkok Trading Post, including Afternoon Tea Set (excluding alcohol beverages, special promotions, and retail items).
- 15% discount on spa treatments at Nitra Serenity Centre (excluding special promotions, packages, and retail items).
Terms and Conditions:
- Flexible date changes or cancellations allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Rate is based on 2 guests per room per night; extra person is subject to additional charges.
- Rate is subject to applicable service charges and government taxes.
- Not applicable for groups, conferences, or meetings and cannot be combined with other promotions.
