Our Concierge will happily accommodate every guest request and assist with tours, transfers and anything else that is of interest.

Hotel Limousine

Our chauffeur driven limousines are available for airport transfers and other destinations. We would be pleased to explain the points of interest and assist you with the journey. The fast track immigration service can be arranged on arrival and departure to reduce inconvenience and save time at the airport. Please contact the Concierge for any enquiries.

Valet Parking

A complimentary valet parking service is available at the Porte Cochere Entrance. Self-parking is also available on Level 2 – 4.

Security

Your safety is important to us. You can be assured of the extensive care and protection that 137 Pillars Suites and Residences Bangkok provides in case of emergency situations. Fire safety measures such as smoke detectors and sprinkler systems are in place and a fire escape plan is located at the back of the entrance door in your suite or residence with directions to the nearest exit point.

Medical Assistance

For urgent medical attention, a house-call can be arranged. Alternatively, Samitivej Hospital located on Sukhumvit Soi 49 is the nearest hospital. Please contact the Concierge if you require any medical assistance.

Babysitting

Babysitters are available by appointment. Please contact the Concierge for assistance.

Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli

Our Bistro & Deli is open for all-day casual dining or take-away and serves high quality Western and Asian comfort cuisine; artisanal breads, pastries, pizzas and a selection of delicacies from Thailand and other regions. Please note the dress code is smart casual. Guests wearing bathrobes will be denied entry.

Door Security

Use the dead-bolt to double-lock the door before retiring.

In-Room Safe Box

Please use the Safe Box located in your closet for the safekeeping of your valuables.

1) Create your 4-digit code, enter and press “Lock”

2) To open the safe, enter the 4-digit code again and open it

Visitors

To ensure the privacy and safety for guests and residents and by Thai law, registration is required for all persons occupying the suites and residences. For security reasons, please notify the reception of any visitors you may invite to your suite or residence.

Smoking Facilities

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas is illegal and any violations may result in fines according to the hotel policy. Smoking is not allowed inside the suites or residences. Please smoke only on your balcony with the door closed to prevent the smoke from entering the room. Ashtrays are available upon request. Please leave the ash tray outside also to prevent the odour from coming into the room. Smoking in a non-smoking room or non-smoking area will result in a fine of THB 5,000 per offence.

Security

Uniformed security officers are on duty around the clock. Should you notice anything amiss, please contact the hotel Duty Manager by dialing “0”.

Fire and Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions from our team members including evacuation procedures if necessary. To report any emergencies, please dial “0” for the operator.

If You Discover a Fire

Raise the Alarm

Upon detection of any fire or smoke, break the glass of the nearest fire alarm call point or call the Operator on extension “0”.

If Possible, Fight the Fire

Use the nearest fire extinguisher or the fire hose to put out the fire. However, do not put yourself at risk.

Do Not Attempt to Pack Belongings

Time is precious. Do not attempt to pack your things, save your life first.

Evacuate

Should the fire get out of control, close all doors behind you and leave the building immediately via the EXIT staircase. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS.

If You Are Trapped in Your Suite or Residence

Inform the Operator of Your Presence

Call the Operator or signal the people below from your window to attract their attention.

Keep the Fire and Smoke Out

Wet towels or sheets and wedge these under the door to prevent smoke from entering the room.

Fire and Life Safety Information

Our fire prevention and life safety system includes strategically located smoke and heat detectors that are monitored round the clock by our Security Centre. We encourage you to develop good safety habits and ask you to note the following points when you check in to your new home:

Fire Escape

Locate the two nearest EXITS to your apartment, walk down to the EXIT in order to know the way out.

Fire Alarm Call Points

Know where these are located, and study how to operate them.

Fire Hose Cabinets

Know the location and contents of the Fire Hose Cabinets.

First Fire Alarm Signal

If you hear the first fire alarm bell, remain alert and prepare yourself to evacuate the building.

Second Fire Alarm Signal

If you hear the second, continuous, fire alarm signal, or if instructed to evacuate by other means, leave immediately by the nearest EXIT staircase. For you own safety DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS.

Notice

137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok will not be held responsible for the guest’s property in case of loss or damage as follows;

  1. The loss or damage occurs in the suites or residences.
  2. If the property that has been lost or damaged is as follows: 1.1 is money, gold, traveler cheques, jewelry, or other valuable items, 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok shall not take responsibility over 5,000 Thai Baht unless guest declares and deposits his/her property with 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok.

137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok shall not be liable for any loss or damage by the cases below;

  1. The case is beyond the control of 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok.
  2. The existing condition of article.
  3. The loss or damage is made by guest or visitor.
